The products purchased on the Milkymart websites are sold by corresponding seller using software platform provided by Milkymart (hereinafter referred to as Milkymart).

We also recall that users are entitled to request and receive support from Milkymart on orders and deliveries or how to make purchases online within 72 working hours from the moment the order is received (except for reasons of force majeure).

Before sending orders and acquiring products and services to these third parties, we recommend to our users that they verify the terms and conditions of these, since Milkymart can not under any circumstances be responsible for the provision of services provided by third parties or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between users of Milkymart and third parties.

2. How to enter into a contract with Milkymart
2.1 To request an order for the purchase of one or more products in Milkymart, you must choose the same in the online marketplace and fill out the order form, following the relevant instructions when adding a product to the basket, being your purchase registered.
2.2 The order form contains information about the main characteristics of each ordered product and the respective unit price (including all applicable fees and duties), the type of payment that can be used to make the purchase, shipping terms for products purchased, shipping and delivery costs, and references to the terms and conditions for returning items purchased online.
2.3 An order is considered to have been made when Milkymart has received your order form electronically and the information has been verified and given as correct.
2.4 Before submitting your order form to purchase products, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, save or request a copy of it for your personal use.
2.5 The order form is stored in our database for the time required to process your order, according to the law. You can access your order form in your email, which is sent immediately after payment through Paypal or after finishing the order when the payment method is selected "Bank Transfer" or "Cash on Delivery". In addition, the copy of the computer evidence relating to the conclusion of the contract shall be kept for the time provided for by applicable civil and tax law.
2.6 Orders placed under Milkymart must be completed in English.
2.7 After your order form has been registered, Milkymart will process your order as soon as possible.
2.8 Milkymart may not process purchase orders if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, if orders are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are no longer available. In the above situations, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract was not executed and that Milkymart did not place your order specifying the reasons. In addition to the information provided, Milkymart is not in a position to give you more detailed information regarding the availability of the product(s); so once your order has been examined, Milkymart will inform you by email or telephone if any of the products ordered by itself are not available. Subject to the provisions of the General Sales Conditions, the order in question is considered to have as its object distributable sales, autonomous and relating to more than one economic unit, as many as the ordered products, as was expressly agreed between the Customer and Milkymart with the sending of the order and the acceptance of it. Consequently, in the event that the execution of the order by Milkymart is limited to some of the products ordered due to the unavailability of some of these or for other legitimate reasons, independent of the wishes of Milkymart, by sending the order in question, the Buyer declares his interest and gives his consent to the partial execution of the purchase, limited to the remaining products, which therefore can not be refused by the Buyer, nor can he consent to the Buyer termination of said order. In case Milkymart is not in a position to fully accept the order made by the Customer, giving rise to the partial acceptance of the same in relation to the products available, the possible exercise of the right of repentance provided by art. no. 2.8 of the General Conditions of Sale will not give rise to any transportation expenses borne by the Customer.
2.9 Submission of an order form to Milkymart means the unconditional acceptance and commitment to comply with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in the agreement entered into with Milkymart. If you do not agree to any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for purchasing products in Milkymart and contact us.
2.10 By submitting an order form, you are accepting and agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as other terms also contained in Milkymart through links, including the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy.
2.11 After submitting an order form, Milkymart sends you by e-mail a copy of the electronic receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information related to the order form (Main characteristics of the products, detailed information on the price , terms of payment and the cost of the order of dispatch to the customer, address where you submit any complaints and after-sales service).
2.12 When submitting an order form to Milkymart, you are agreeing to receive the invoice / receipt issued for fiscal purposes in electronic or physical form in conjunction with the order placed.

3. Warranty and Product Price Indication
3.1 The products for sale at Milkymart are of superior quality, according to Regional and/or International standards maintained by the seller.
3.2 The main characteristics of the products are presented in Milkymart on the web page of each product. Products offered for sale on Milkymart may not exactly match the real in terms of image and color due to the Internet browser or monitor used. The images presented have a purely indicative effect. The technical characteristics of a product, the approvals and safety declarations of a Milkymart branded product and any other product sold through the site are indicated on the label or packaging or in the instructions for use of the product and may be referred to in full or in part on the site itself in the Product Illustration.
3.3 The price of products is expressed in INR including GST, as well as all applicable taxes and charges, and transportation costs will be applied when the order placed is not exempt from them. 3.4 Orders placed from the site of a country other than the one to which you wish to ship the product, or to addresses to which Milkymart does not allow, are automatically canceled.
3.5 All products are delivered with an identification tag and/or seal. Do not remove the label or seal from purchased items if you want to return them. We are in no way liable for wrong information or data or for any technical inaccuracies or any other nature provided by third parties to Milkymart.
3.6 All perishable products such as milk, buttermilk, curd etc. are not covered under return policy.
3.7 If you decide to exercise your right to return the products purchased, Milkymart has the right not to accept products that are returned without the corresponding label or if they have been altered to their original condition or if they are damaged (eg without label or spoiled)
3.8 The warranty, provided in the associated duration, applies to the product that has a defect of conformity, provided that the product has been used correctly, respecting the use for which it is intended and as provided in the technical documentation or use. The warranty is only given to the customer who is a Consumer. In case of defect of conformity, the seller will provide, at his own expense, with the restoration of the product's conformity by repair / replacement or reduction of the price, unless rescinded if necessary. Assistance during the warranty period is provided by displaying the Purchase Invoice. We reserve the right to substitute the product (at our discretion even for a product with equivalent characteristics) or to terminate the sales contract with a refund of the total amount paid and any subsequent expenses, in the event that, for any reason, restore or replace a product during the warranty period. We are not responsible for any delays in the replacement. In cases where it is foreseen to return the product in order to benefit from the guarantee, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with all its components (including packaging and any documentation and accessories supplied: manuals, wrappings, etc.) . We guarantee the respect of the quality standards regarding our products exclusively until the moment of delivery. No responsibility is taken on our part for the improper use of the products after delivery.

4. Payments
4.1 The payment of the price of the products and respective shipping costs must be done using one of the procedures indicated in the order form online.
4.2 The order amount can be pre-paid or post-paid based on the general norm of payment for the given area.
4.3 In case of payment by Bank Transfer, the final customer must carry out the same for the account designated in the ordering process within 24 hours after the end of the same, sending the proof to the address, indicating the corresponding order number. In case of payment by cash on delivery, the final customer must indicate the maximum amount of data essential for the delivery of the order and its collection, as well as a telephone contact for confirmation of delivery or provide this to the carrier, in which case the end customer agrees to accept these terms, in which his contact may be assigned only for the purpose of delivery of the same. In the case of payment by payment gateway such as Paytm or Paypal etc., all data (such as card number and expiration date) are managed directly on the corresponding payment gateway online payment site which provides the remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any type of access to them. Such data will not be used directly by Milkymart. Milkymart will carry out the entire payment management process through the same payment manager: whether it concerns purchases or the issuance of refunds in the event of returns, the exercise of the right of return or in cases where there is a possibility of fraud by the authority public security. The price for the products purchased and their shipping costs, as indicated on the order form, will be debited to your debit / credit card after payment is made on the website. 4.4 If, for any reason, there is any problem in the payment of the order or the lack of effectiveness of the order, Milkymart reserves the right to cancel the same, and this information is sent later by e-mail.

5. Electronic Discount Vouchers at Milkymart Online Marketplace
