How to open an account?

It takes just 2 minutes to open an account. Click on "Register" link at top right corner of the screen. Enter few details and click on "Register" button. An email will be sent to you which will contain an activation link. Just click on the activation link and your account will be automatically activated. Once your account is activated, add your address to make fast checkouts by referring add address section.

How can I download/use Milkymart app on my mobile?

Steps to download/use Milkymart app on your mobile (No need of storage space or app updates or Play Store):

  1. Open milkymart.com on chrome browser in your mobile.
  2. Click on browser options at top right (... icon), click on "Add to Home screen", click on "Add".
  3. Now the app is available in your installed apps with a milk bottle icon.
If you don't have chrome browser, then open Milkymart URL on any browser in your mobile and add it to home screen.

How can I make bulk order? Do you provide special discounts?

We take bulk orders through phone/whatsApp/sms/email. The bulk order should be of minimum 5 liter quantity.
Yes, we do provide special discount for bulk orders. Whenever you have a function, just reach out to us and enjoy the special discount.

How do you ensure quality, quantity and freshness of milk products?

We have multiple checkpoints to ensure that the customer is getting value for money proposition. Checkpoints include:

  • Conducting lab test of products through indipendent third-party agencies and sharing report with customers. Any customer can ask us to initiate a lab test.
  • Performing periodic third-party inspection of dairy farms. If any irregularities are found then we do not allow selling of their products.
  • Taking customer feedbacks and based on them working with dairy farms & supply chain network to make improvements.

Which web browsers and/or devices are supported by Milkymart?

We support all modern web browsers and devices. For best results, use latest chrome or firefox web browser on any device. However, some features may or may not work on web browsers or devices which are more than 5 years old. If you click on a link or button and nothing happens then open the application in a latest web browser and try again. Delivery

Can I get alternate days delivery? What would be the delivery charges?

Yes, we do provide alternate days delivery option alongwith daily, weekdays and weekends only delivery. Delivery charges would be either free or at a nominal rate which will be displayed when making an order. We do not charge for the days on which delivery is stopped by the customer. You only pay for what you consume.

How can I stop/resume delivery? How to increase/decrease quantity on need basis?

It's simple, just let us know one day prior to delivery date. For example:

  • If a morning delivery is scheduled on 13 December, please inform by 8 pm on 12 December.
  • For evening delivery, you can inform on the same day. If an evening delivery is scheduled on 12 December, please inform by 11 am on 12 December.
You can inform us through whatsApp, email, sms or phone using the information mentioned in "Contact Us" section at the bottom of the screen. When using a mobile device, easiest way is to click on the whatsApp link, type your message and send.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered at the scheduled time?

Notify us through whatsApp, email, sms or phone using the information mentioned in "Contact Us" section at the bottom of the screen. We will take the corrective action and don't charge the amount in your monthly bill.

How can I find that you have delivery in my area?

Go to homepage by clicking on the "Milkymart" image at the top of the screen. At homepage, click on "Deliver To" link, enter postal code of your area and click on "Update". If we deliver at the postal code, it will get updated. Otherwise, it will ask you to make a one click request for starting delivery in your area.

Payments

Can I pay online? Do you also have cash-on-delivery option?

Yes. We provide easy payment options such as UPI (Unified Payments Interface), Net-Banking, E-Wallets and Cash-On-Delivery. When making an online payment, just mention your registered mobile number in the comment or remark which will help us in tracking.

Do you provide purchase protection?

Definitely. We provide 100% purchase protection to our customers. We settle payments only when product(s) are delivered as per your expectation. We believe in ethical & transparent business practices.

How subscription billing cycle works?

For subscription, we have monthly billing cycle. Bill of current month based on actual consumption will be sent on 1st week of next month through email/whatsApp/sms or paper. It will have options to make online payment. We expect our customer to make payment by 10th day of every month and appreciate online payments through UPI or Net-Banking or Wire-Transfer.

Can I have an invoice for my subscription?

Yes. When you place an order, an electronic invoice is generated and sent to your email.

How does dues, refunds or cash backs work?

Any dues or refunds or cash backs are automatically adjusted in the next bill. If required then these can be settled anytime you wish.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

It's simple. Click on the "Login" link at the top right corner of the screen. Click on "Forgot your password" link. Enter your registered email id and click on Submit. An email will be sent to you which will contain a link to reset the password.

How do I change my password?

Login to Milkymart. Click on the "Settings" gear icon at the top right corner of the screen. Click on "My Information" tab. Click on "Change Password" button and change the password.

How do I add/change my address? How to make fast checkouts?

Login to Milkymart. Click on the "Settings" gear icon at the top right corner of the screen. Click on "My Information" tab. In the "Addresses" section, you can add or edit your address. Once you have added your address, you won't be required to enter it during checkout. It will enable fast checkouts.

We will be happy to assist you in opening a seller partner or business owner account. It takes maximum 1 day time to open an account, list products and start selling.

Can I sell adultrated milk products in summer since cattle gives less milk during the summer season?

No. We don't allow selling adultrated milk products. We can assist you in tieup with other dairy farms to manage your milk capacity. Also, you can ask for the right price for milk products when production is less.

I don't know how to use a smartphone or computer. Should I be able to sell milk products online?
